My parents God Bless them, they really never liked animals so we didn't have them until I found that kitten. I know when you are young you promise to take care of them, but that never happens, as I know with my son. You were so kind to get a cat from the shelter. I always did that. There are so many animals that need homes. Sorry that she was so sick. I know my cat Angel Kitty was so ill as well from the minute I had him. Asthma, thyroid condition, heart problems, etc. I always had a chart for him for his medication, then I had a chart for my medication as well. It was funny...Iggy is so sweet, I bet he would love this Pupcake. Thanks for your visit. Hope that you have a great week...
Dottie :) Dottiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12088546024012627842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034365797555822466.post-33672590604040108602015-02-24T15:33:45.505-05:002015-02-24T15:33:45.505-05:00Hi Dottie:)

Like many kids we always promised to care of them but I don't think we always did. I didn't have my first cat until the late 90s. Her name was pellet and I rescued her from a shelter. She was always sick but I adored her.

of course, Iggy would be thrilled if I made him this Pupcake. I better save it for National Dog Day lol...thanks for sharing, Dottie...~~louise~~https://www.blogger.com/profile/07335196139849995706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034365797555822466.post-67775409139655469562015-02-20T20:49:42.342-05:002015-02-20T20:49:42.342-05:00Good evening Nee,
Thank you for your visit and you...Good evening Nee,
Thank you for your visit and your sweet comment. Yes, I remember when you lost Maxy. I felt so bad. You are correct they always have their own personality, but he was so sweet looking. I have never made these treats, but I know they must be good. Only certain types of foods are allowed to be given to animals..others are toxic. These are easy and I can tell cats or dogs will love them. I am so glad that you enjoyed this post. Hope that you have a blessed and good weekend.
Dottie :)Dottiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12088546024012627842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034365797555822466.post-8067602460510733782015-02-20T20:43:44.970-05:002015-02-20T20:43:44.970-05:00Dear Alida,

She sounds beautiful. A British cat, so cute...I'm surprised that she isn't a little Italian..I love when they want to be near you, especially when you are working on the PC. My cat used to do that as well...He used to come and sit on the keyboard. He wanted me to play I guess. These recipes are purely for dogs and cats. You know that some foods are poison to these animals, but if you have the right ingredients, there is nothing like giving them special treats that are homemade. Yes, it was very hard to loose my cat, he is gone now from 2008 and I still think of him everyday. Yes, we will see them again, just like our family. Have a great weekend.
Dottie :) Dottiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12088546024012627842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034365797555822466.post-8744008411749319132015-02-20T17:48:00.747-05:002015-02-20T17:48:00.747-05:00Hi Dottie ,

Not ling ago , the kids lost one of their beloved pets , Maxy the dog on the Blog , he was my mascot when I started and still is , we have his sister and brother , but Maxy was the only one that smiled at you . He was a character , he was like a child , if he didn't get his way , he would pout . (giggling) .
I have heard about snacks you can bake for your pets , I think I will try your recipes , sounds easy . Thanks for sharing and you have a wonderful weekend , stay warm and safe my friend :) Nee~ Nee ~https://www.blogger.com/profile/10037585616015101052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034365797555822466.post-89102302744144303842015-02-20T16:01:05.207-05:002015-02-20T16:01:05.207-05:00This post is so sweet!! She is so beautiful: she is grey with some ginger too and has a very thick and silky fur. She is a typical British cat. When I am blogging she often sits on my lap.
I find your "pet recipes" really cool! I didn't know you could bake for your pets. I understand when you said you were really sad when your cat had to be put down. I don't know how I will feel when Lilli will go but like you, I believe we might be reunited with them one day.
Have a nice weekend Dottie! x
Alidahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02852806349180621183noreply@blogger.com
