What can be more “American” than an irresistible and tempting Brownie? My recipe today is “Hershey's White Chip Brownies.” These rich, chunky, chewy brownies are a true classic from Hershey’s Kitchens and a timeless chocolate lover’s dream. Beautiful to look at and even better to eat!

Hershey's White Chip Brownies”

Makes: 24-28 brownies (depending on the size)

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter; melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey’s White Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in butter and vanilla extract. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly. Stir in white chips. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares or bars. Enjoy!!!

  1. What an exciting program for all the Veterans in the US! They certainly deserve it after all their sacrifices!
I love your brownies with white chocolate chips. I have always loved white chocolate it kind of melts in your mouth.. it is creamier than dark chocolate.
I hope you are having a good week. We are having lots of rain with more to come! But it is November after all.
    Ciao! Bacioni.

    1. Ciao Bella signora Alida,
Thank you for visiting and your comment. There are so many wonderful and helpful programs for out Veterans and these places are so caring to share their good fortune with our military on this Veterans Day! I agree dear friend that these men and women deserve some love and caring for their sacrifices. White chocolate is really yummy, I like it as well, very creamy. Another true classic of chocolate brownies, Hersey's is the best. Sometimes I even use nuts in mine. It adds to the texture and flavor. We have been having rain as well, and the temps are very warm here. Very strange for this time of the year..But now the weathermen are saying that by the weekend the temps are going to get very cold. Have a good rest of the week,
      Dottie :) x

    1. Dear Catherine,
I love this list of so many people taking the time to just say, "Thank You". It may be a cup of coffee or a free pancake, but it shows how much we care about the men and women who make this sacrifice every day for our "Freedom." You are correct Catherine, the brownies are a true classic and I know the troops would love them. Thanks for your comment and your visit. Have a blessed rest of the week!

    1. Good evening Louise, Thanks for visiting and your comment! I know we had many parades as well in our area. It was nice that you and Marion got to see one of them...It is so important that we thank the veterans and honor them for their service. Oh yes, Louise, Hersey's is number one here as well! Like white chips too, they seem to have a different texture and flavor than the chocolate ones, even though they are chocolate too! Have a blessed next few days of the week! Stay warm heard it is going to be really cold! Dottie :)

    1. Hi Christina, Thanks for your comment..I thought this may be another way to go by posting these lists. Everyone knows about Veterans Day. I didn't want to be redundant, so I went with the lists of freebies that the Vets could enjoy! I am glad that you liked the list. There were probably more in every ones neighborhood, but I couldn't list everyone.
As to your question, I do have a Trader Joe's not far from me. I do shop there once in a while. Now I will have to go and try their chocolate and white chips. Must be yummy, if you are recommending them. Thanks for the tip. Hope that you have a good weekend...Dottie :)
